BESGO is a pneumatic 5-way valve designed for backwashing the filter tank. Switching of the valve is provided by water pressure from the mains or an air compressor, and the return closure is handled automatically by a spring.
The advantage is maximum operational safety – the position can be changed even with the filtration pump running, although it is always safer to switch without water flow. In the event of a power failure, the valve automatically returns to the „FILTRATION“ position, eliminating the risk of jamming in an intermediate position as well as unintentional draining of the pool, which is a risk with mechanically damaged automatic 6-way valves.
