The socket collar flange d50/d40 is a PVC-U fitting for the termination or transition of a pipe joint, compatible with the 140050S accessory. The flange rim of the collar covers the edge of the pipe or the gap created at the joint and creates a smooth, aesthetic finish without sharp edges. At the same time it can function as a stop or guide for the correct seating of a seal or a flange element. The PVC-U material withstands pool chemicals and the pressures of standard pool pipework. Installation is carried out by sliding the collar onto the pipe before fitting the flange or socket joint.
