The Waterway pump front part (wet end lid) is the hydraulic section of the pump equipped with 2″ suction and 2 1/2″ discharge connections, which together with the impeller and pump body forms the complete hydraulics. A cracked or damaged front part causes water leakage and pump failure. The original part matches the exact dimensions and threaded connections of the corresponding Waterway model. The material resists pool chemicals and mechanical stress. Replacement includes replacing the seal (sold separately) and is carried out according to the manufacturer’s service instructions.
