The InverPRO pressure sensor is an electronic pressure transmitter integrated into the control system of the frequency-controlled InverPRO pumps. It continuously monitors the pressure in the discharge pipe and passes the data to the control electronics to optimise the pump’s performance.
In the event of a pressure drop below the set limit – for example due to a lack of water or a closed valve – the sensor activates the protective shutdown of the pump and prevents its damage from dry running. This function significantly extends the service life of the pump.
The original sensor is precisely calibrated for the pressure ranges typical of pool applications and ensures reliable communication with the InverPRO control unit. When replacing the sensor, we recommend also checking the connection seal to prevent water leaks.
