The impeller is the heart of the hydraulic section of the pump – its condition directly affects flow, pressure and energy consumption. A worn impeller reduces filtration performance and increases operating costs.
The replacement part is made of durable thermoplastic resistant to pool chemistry and is identical in shape to the original impeller, so it achieves the same hydraulic parameters.
Replacing the impeller is a suitable alternative to buying a new pump in the event of mechanical damage or excessive wear caused by contaminants in the suction pipe.
Installation requires removing the front part of the pump and unscrewing the shaft fastening nut – work that can be managed with ordinary tools in approximately 30 minutes.
