The short PVC reducer d225–140 is a fitting intended for reducing the pipe diameter from DN 225 to DN 140 in pool pipework, filtration or recirculation equipment. The shorter length of the reducer saves space in the plant shaft or pump room.
Both sockets are dimensioned for a glued joint using PVC adhesive, which creates a permanent, chemically resistant and pressure-resistant connection. The PVC-U material withstands chlorinated pool water, acids during pH adjustment and the temperatures of the pool’s operating range.
The fitting is compatible with standard PVC pipes of the corresponding diameters and meets the technical requirements for pool and industrial applications.
