The collector cap for the vent tube is an original spare part for Cantabric filter vessels, designed to protect the venting opening.
When correctly fitted, the cap prevents dust, insects and debris from entering the vessel’s internal venting system, thereby extending the service life of the entire filter assembly.
Installation requires no special tools – the cap is simply fitted onto the tube and secured.
It is recommended to regularly check the condition of the cap during seasonal filter maintenance and to replace it without delay if damaged.
