The membrane is the key moving element of the Exactus diaphragm dosing pump, which pulses and pumps precisely measured doses of liquid chemicals into the pool circuit. A worn or cracked membrane causes inaccurate dosing or a complete loss of pump function.
The original membrane is made of a chemically resistant elastomer capable of withstanding the acids, alkalis and oxidising substances contained in pool chemicals. The precise dimensions guarantee correct function and the hermetic separation of the chemical from the mechanical part of the pump.
Replacement of the membrane is a standard service task that can be carried out without specialised tools. We recommend performing it preventively once a year at the start of the season to ensure maximum dosing accuracy.
