The double reducing nipple M/M 1/2″ × 3/8″ is a short transition element with external threads on both ends, each end having a different diameter. It allows direct connection of two fittings or bodies with 1/2″ and 3/8″ female threads without any additional intermediate pieces.
The compact length of the part minimises the installation dimensions and is advantageous wherever the space for installation is limited – for example in a filter cabinet or when fitting dosing equipment.
The corrosion- and pool-chemical-resistant material guarantees a long service life of the connection. Sealing is done with PTFE tape or a suitable sealing agent for plastic and metal threads.
