The front section of the new-type ESPA Silen pump (from 2007) is the suction body of an updated design generation with improved suction channel geometry and a modernised pre-filter housing.
Unlike the older version, it features a redesigned transparent lid and seating surfaces that improve tightness and make pre-filter maintenance easier.
A damaged front section causes air pockets in the hydraulics, a drop in suction performance or visible leaks around the suction port and pre-filter.
Replacement with the new type restores the pump’s full performance while also introducing modernised design features that increase ease of operation.
The original ESPA part for the new-generation Silen is directly compatible with motors and rear pump sections manufactured from 2007 onwards.
