The transparent pre-filter lid is made of transparent durable plastic that withstands water pressure, UV radiation and the chemical environment of the pool. Thanks to its transparency, it is possible to check the condition of the filter insert at any time with a single glance.
The lid is screwed onto the Silen S pre-filter body with a seal that prevents water leakage. We recommend that when replacing the lid you simultaneously check or replace the sealing ring of the pre-filter.
Replacement of a damaged lid is quick and does not require professional servicing – simply unscrew the old lid and screw on the new one by hand.
