The short PVC reducer 315/160 mm of class PN16 is intended for high-flow main distribution lines, typical of water parks and large public pools. The significant difference in diameters allows the branching or reduction of a high-capacity main line into smaller distribution circuits.
The PVC-U material is resistant to all pool chemicals and withstands an operating pressure of up to 16 bar without the risk of deformation or rupture. The cementing ends of the fitting are manufactured to precise tolerances for a quality, water-tight joint.
The d315/160 dimension combination is specific to the largest pool installations and technology centers. The use of PVC eliminates the need for anti-corrosion protection and ensures a neutral effect on water quality.
