The filter cartridge Pleatco PWW50-P3 is an original replacement filter for a range of hot tub and pool models from manufacturers Waterway, Bullfrog Spas, Vita Spas and others. The filter surface of 50 square feet made of Reemay cellulose material ensures efficient capture of debris, oils and organic substances.
The patented Free Flow Core system with a larger number of holes in the core increases water flow and reduces the load on the circulation pump. Dimensions: outer diameter 152 mm, height 193 mm, bottom connection coarse SAE thread – beware of confusing it with the fine MPT thread (model PWW50-P4).
The cartridge should be cleaned every two weeks with a jet of water; the recommended service life is 6 months (one season). Regular maintenance extends the replacement interval and reduces the overall cost of hot tub operation.
