The tank seal is a circular rubber gasket designed for Bilbao filter tanks with a diameter of d350 mm.
It is fitted into the groove in the parting plane of the tank and ensures a watertight closure of the entire filter unit under the working pressure of the filtration circuit.
A cracked or deformed seal causes visible water leakage along the tank housing and must be replaced immediately to prevent damage to the surrounding installation.
Replacement is an accessible procedure – simply drain the tank, disassemble it, replace the seal, and put the filtration back into operation.
