The PVC backing ring d90 is used to create a demountable flanged connection on pipework with a diameter of 90 mm. The rotating PVC-U collar is fitted onto the pipe or socket and, once placed against the counter-flange, tightened with bolts, creating a solid and repeatedly demountable connection.
Use in the d90 dimension is suitable for larger pool circulation circuits, industrial installations or the connection of powerful pumps and filters. The PVC-U material is resistant to chlorine, disinfection products and other pool chemicals.
The flange allows easy replacement or servicing of components without the need to intervene in the pipe route. The standard bolt circle drilling is compatible with common d90 flange sockets in pool technology.
