The long PVC reducer d25-20-20 PN16 differs from the standard short version by its extended sockets, which provide a larger bonding area and thus a higher joint strength. It transitions from diameter d25 to d20 in unplasticized PVC-U with a rated pressure performance of PN16.
The extended design is particularly suitable for installations where increased mechanical resistance of the joint is required, for example when connecting to vibration-stressed components. The PVC-U material is resistant to chlorine and pool chemistry.
Bonding with standard PVC adhesive ensures a permanent and hermetic joint. The fitting is compatible with PVC-U pipes and fittings of dimensions d25 and d20 of the PN16 class.
