The 90° elbow with a d25 diameter made of PVC-U is one of the most widely used fittings in pool hydraulics. It enables a change of pipe direction by 90° without disrupting the flow cross-section and while maintaining the full PN16 pressure rating.
The smooth internal surface made of reinforced PVC-U ensures low hydraulic losses; the material withstands chlorinated water, UV radiation and temperatures up to 60 °C. The fitting is bonded using the standard procedure with PVC primer and adhesive for a permanent and firm joint.
The d25 size is suitable for air feeds into the air systems of hot tubs, for small circulation lines or for the discharge piping of pool equipment. The fitting complies with the DIN 8063 standard for pressurised pipe systems.
