Socket Nipple L/Male Thread PVC d63×1 1/2″

The socket nipple L/male thread d63×1 1/2″ forms a transition between glued PVC pipework with a diameter of 63 mm and a 1 1/2″ BSP male thread. It is suitable for installations with a larger flow rate where dimensioning from DN63 is required.

The PVC-U material is chemically inert to chlorine, algicides and other additives of pool water. The precise thread allows reliable sealing and repeated installation or removal of the threaded joint.

The nipple finds use when connecting filters, pre-filters or multiport valves, where the diameter of the supply pipe (63 mm) transitions to a smaller fitting thread (1 1/2″).
