Upper part of the Bilbao d350 filter vessel

The upper part of the Bilbao d350 filter vessel is a composite moulding forming the top closure of the filter vessel with a diameter of 350 mm. The part carries the opening for mounting a six-way or two-way valve and the hydraulic inlets for the supply and return of water.

Cracking, thread damage or deformation of the upper part are reasons for its replacement. The original part ensures compliance with the pressure parameters of the vessel and the correct connection to the lower part and the internal hydraulics of the filter.

When replacing, it is also necessary to replace the flange joint seal and check the condition of the internal manifold. The repaired vessel is a full-fledged alternative to purchasing a new Bilbao filter vessel.
