The manifold of the QS 600 filter vessel is a robust internal distribution element intended for filter vessels with a diameter of 600 mm. It ensures an even flow of water through the entire height and cross-section of the filter media.
When the manifold is damaged, the filter media penetrates into the pool or the filtration efficiency is significantly reduced. Replacing the damaged part is necessary to maintain water quality and to protect the pump from abrasive particles.
The original part for the QS 600 vessel is dimensioned for the higher flow corresponding to the vessel diameter. Correct installation ensures the restoration of full filtration efficiency without further intervention in the vessel’s hydraulics.
