Clamping Bolt M8 × 120 mm – spare part for QS filter tank clamp

The M8 × 120 mm clamping bolt is an original spare part for the clamp connection of the QS filter tank. Compared to the shorter version (M8 × 100 mm), it is intended for larger QS tank diameters, where the longer clamp requires a bolt of greater length to achieve optimal clamping pressure at full tightening torque.

The bolt material withstands outdoor conditions, moisture and pool chemicals. The exact dimension M8 × 120 mm corresponds to the original manufacturer’s specifications, so the bolt can be used as a direct replacement without the need for any modifications to the rollers, nuts or clamp.

The correct length of the clamping bolt is critical for safe operation of the filter tank under pressure. A bolt that is too short will not allow the required tightening torque to be achieved, while an excessively long bolt protrudes beyond the seating surface of the rollers.
