The Balboa Heater 4.0 kW with Pressure Switch 1.25-PSI 800 Incoloy (53349) is a reliable heating element for hot tubs and spa systems. The durable Incoloy 800 ensures a long service life, while the 1.25-PSI pressure switch ensures safe water heating with an output of 4.0 kW.
The heater connects to a fixed control unit and is controlled by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and suppress vibration even under strong flow. A structural bridge bracket ensures coil centring, repeatable quality, smoother flow and quieter operation. The joints are bonded with a chemically inert epoxy instead of soldering, and each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation.
