The Balboa Heater 3.0 kW with Pressure Switch 1.25-PSI 800 Incoloy (58112) is a quality heating element for hot tubs and spa systems. The Incoloy 800 material ensures corrosion resistance and a long service life, while the 1.25-PSI pressure switch ensures safe and efficient water heating with an output of 3.0 kW.
The heater connects to a fixed control unit and is controlled by the automation of the control program. Three titanium stabilisers increase durability and suppress vibration even under strong flow. A structural bridge bracket ensures coil centring, repeatable quality, smoother flow and quieter operation. The joints are bonded with a chemically inert epoxy instead of soldering, and each assembly is pressure-tested at 60 psi before installation.
