Oval Pools

The oval TOSCANA range in sizes from 3.20 × 5.25 m to 5.00 × 11.00 m, in depths of 1.20 and 1.50 m. A steel supporting frame and liner make this a ready-to-install above-ground pool – no groundwork and no concrete basin. In-stock items ship within 48 hours, with shipping across the EU. What size to choose An oval gives you an uninterrupted swimming lane – from a length of about seven metres you can really swim in it, while the shorter sizes are better for recreational bathing. A depth of 1.20 m is enough for a family with children, while 1.50 m suits adult swimmers and holds its temperature better. If you have little space in the garden or want simpler assembly, consider a round pool from the Round Pools category – the same construction and liner, just a different shape. Liner and colours The pools are supplied with a liner 0.6 or 0.8 mm thick. The thinner 0.6 mm is enough for seasonal use; choose 0.8 mm for intensive daily use and where the pool is not taken down for winter. Colours available are blue, grey, sand and marble – the shade affects the perceived colour of the water and how the pool matches your terrace. What to watch out for An above-ground pool needs a level, load-bearing surface; with oval models the side walls also spread the water pressure outwards, so the base really must be perfectly level. Neither the liner nor the frame is walkable – provide access with a ladder from the Ladders & Handrails category, double-sided for above-ground models. Choose the filtration, pump and any heating according to the pool volume; the range is in the Technology section. Who this category is for For families who want to swim in the garden without groundwork or a concrete basin, and for holiday homes and guesthouses as a seasonal solution. If you plan to partly sink the pool or build a terrace around it, tell us in advance – the choice of size, liner thickness and type of entry will then differ. The e-shop is run by IDOL SPAS s.r.o., a Czech hot tub manufacturer with its own service team – if you are unsure about your choice, we will advise from hands-on experience. We offer service companies and resellers a wholesale programme with individual pricing.
