Other Built-In Parts brings together more than 140 items that are built directly into the pool structure: bottom drains, jet penetrations and wall bushings for concrete, housings and spare parts for underwater lights, float-controlled water top-up and water level monitoring systems. Parts and lights from Astral, Hayward, Emaux, Neptun, Procopi, Brio, Pahlén, Aquasphere, LumiPlus and BWT are represented. The category belongs to the section Structural Parts & Hydraulics. Bottom drains and penetrations Bottom drains are listed in ABS plastic as round with a diameter of 210 mm and square at 240 × 240 mm, in fibreglass at 490 × 490 mm with a d110 connection, and in AISI 316 stainless steel. Their colours follow common shades of pool fittings – grey RAL 7004, anthracite RAL 7016 and ivory RAL 1015. Grilles, flanges and seals can be ordered separately as spare parts, including stainless steel grilles for types 270, 271, 273 and 274. Jet penetrations with a G 1 1/2″ and G 2″ thread are supplied separately for a liner pool, where the flange mechanically clamps the liner, and for a ceramic or concrete pool. Wall bushings for a jet in concrete come in lengths of 150 and 300 mm and link up with the category Jets & Outlets. Spare parts for pool lights The largest part of the category consists of components for underwater luminaires: rear housings, flanges, front frames and covers, gaskets, cable gland bushings, springs and fixing sets for 100 W and 300 W floodlights of the Astral 00361 and 7856 type, Hayward 300 W and Neptun 50 and 300 W. Light sources include PAR56-base 12 V LED bulbs – Brio ZM40 40 W / 4,400 lm, Brio ZX30 30 W / 1,150 lm RGB, Eolia2 WEM40K and WEX30 RGBW, LumiPlus 32 W / 4,320 lm in cool and warm white and BWT LED – as well as flat Aquasphere LEDs of 11.5 and 14.5 W, Emaux E-Lumen, Procopi White 18 W luminaires and the Brio Wil controller with WiFi and Bluetooth. Water level and accessories Float-controlled top-up keeps the water level constant without manual refilling and is also available in an Emaux version and as a replacement set. The wireless Constance module, level monitoring for RNS2 skimmers and a control-panel unit for a balance tank with seven probes solve the same task electronically. Accessories include suction filters with a noise damper and 1 1/4″ and 2″ connections, stainless steel suction fittings for water attractions and a stainless steel Pahlén wall suction of 180 × 180 mm.
