How to find the right part The surest way is the type designation on the pump's rating plate, not the power output. Parts are supplied according to the positions in the exploded diagram, so we state either the position (for example the Mr.Master impeller pos. 29) or the dimension directly: the FDN-16 DN15 impeller of 118 × 12.5 mm, the FD-3000 housing gasket of 145 × 3 mm, the 68 × 5 mm O-ring for Badu or the LN flange gasket for the Emaux SS of 49 × 3.5 mm. For series that changed over time, also check the variant – the InverPro pre-filter lid, nut and key exist in an old and a new type and are not interchangeable. What to watch out for The seal is always replaced as a whole, meaning both the rotating and the stationary part, together with the housing gasket; the ceramic surfaces must not be touched with greasy hands during installation. The impeller must match the specific output, not just the pump type – within one series they differ in dimension and designation (Waterway 5HP, Magic 8 d100 × 10, Badu Prime 13, Tiper2 125). Choose electrical parts – capacitors, pressure sensors, displays or low-pressure protection switches for heat pumps – by model and voltage, not by appearance. For complete pumps, verify the power supply: both the FDN and Badu series come in 230 V, 400 V and 400/690 V versions.
