Acid-free vaseline is an essential product for the maintenance of pool equipment – it is used to lubricate O-rings, filter lid seals, fittings and other rubber or plastic components that are in contact with pool water. Proper lubrication extends the life of seals and prevents them from cracking due to drying out.
The neutral acid-free composition is fully compatible with the rubber and plastic materials used in pool hydraulics and therefore cannot cause them to swell or degrade. The temperature range from –20 °C to +45 °C allows safe use both during summer pool operation and during winter maintenance.
The 200 g pack is sufficient for a whole season of regular maintenance. The vaseline can also be used to lubricate metal threads, locks or other mechanical household elements where a neutral, water-resistant lubricant is desired. Apply a thin layer to a clean and dry seal surface before assembly.
