The Balboa Heater M7 2.0 kW Assembly is a high-performance flow-through heating element for hot tubs, supplied complete with sensors and a gasket for Balboa plastic control units. The heater is connected to a fixed control unit and is controlled by the automation of the control program.
Chemically inert epoxy bonding instead of soldering increases corrosion resistance. Each assembly is leak-tested at 60 psi before dispatch. The new design leaves maximum free space between the part and the housing, which ensures quiet heater operation during flow.
Three titanium stabilisers make the heater very durable and reliable and minimise vibration even under strong flow. The structural bridging bracket, standard on all Balboa heaters, ensures centring during installation and seating, manufacturing repeatability and higher product quality. The result is consistently smoother flow around the coil and reduced vibration, which increases reliability and service life.
