Collector for filter Cantabric D750

The central collector for the Cantabric filter vessel of 750 mm diameter is an assembly of pipes with laterals that evenly distributes water across the entire cross-section of the filter vessel filled with filter sand. The correct geometry of the collector is key to achieving an even flow without the formation of bypass channels and to efficient backwashing of the sand. The original collector is precisely dimensioned for the vessel diameter D750 and guarantees optimal hydraulic parameters. A damaged or corroding collector causes overpressure, leakage of sand into the pool, or ineffective filtration. Replacing the collector is a more complex operation involving emptying the filter vessel.
