The genuine drain plug for the entire range of Espa pumps is used to easily drain water from the pre-filter during winterization or servicing. A properly tightened plug prevents water leakage during operation.

The drain plug is a spare part compatible with Espa pumps of the Niper, Iris, Silen, Silen I, Silen S, Silen S2 and NOX ranges. The plug seals the drain opening in the body of the pump pre-filter.

During pool winterization or service repair, the drain plug allows quick and complete draining of the pre-filter and prevents frost damage. A worn or damaged plug causes dripping and loss of pressure in the system.

The part is made of a material resistant to pool water chemicals. Replacing the plug is undemanding and costs only a fraction of the price of any pump repair due to frost damage.
