The PVC fitting with a glued d75 socket and a 2½” female thread allows the connection of fittings or devices with a 2½” male thread directly to PVC piping with a diameter of 75 mm. The female thread ensures a firm and tight screwed connection to threaded elements.
The PVC-U material withstands chlorinated water, salt solutions and disinfectant products used in pool technology. The glued d75 socket creates a permanent and watertight joint with the piping after the application of PVC adhesive.
The fitting is used, for example, when connecting pumps, check valves or flow meters with a 2½” male thread to the PVC piping branches of medium-sized pools. The standard dimension ensures compatibility with a whole range of threaded fittings on the market.
