Impeller Seal for Mr.Pump ECO Pump

The impeller seal is a precision rubber part located between the impeller and the housing of the Mr.Pump ECO pump. Its task is to minimise the back-flow of water from the discharge to the suction side of the impeller, which would reduce the flow rate and overall efficiency of the pump.

The part is made of high-quality elastomer resistant to pool chemicals and to the mechanical wear caused by the rotation of the impeller. Precise dimensional tolerance ensures correct function without unwanted vibration or pump noise.

Replacement of the seal is recommended when there is a drop in pump output or during the service disassembly of the impeller. This is an inexpensive spare part whose timely replacement can prevent more costly pump damage due to excessive wear.
