The Kolmat sealing tape with a width of 14 mm and a length of 15 m is a professional sealing aid intended for sealing threaded joints in PVC pipes, fittings and other components of pool hydraulics. The tape is compatible with PVC-U fittings and fittings made of various materials.
Application is quick and simple – the tape is wound onto the thread before assembling the fitting, where after tightening it creates an elastic seal resistant to pool chemicals and water pressure. It does not cure, so the joints can be disassembled if necessary.
The 15 m roll is sufficient for a whole range of joints when installing or renovating pool pipework. The tape is stable at temperatures common in pool operation and maintains its tightness throughout the entire season.
