Lower part of the QS 600 filter vessel

The lower part of the QS 600 filter vessel forms the bottom section of the pressure filter vessel with a diameter of 600 mm. It is a massive composite moulding designed to withstand the working pressure of the pool filtration as well as the weight of the filter media.

In the event of mechanical damage – cracks or a damaged drain socket – replacing the lower part represents an economical alternative to purchasing a complete new filter vessel. The part is precisely shaped for connection to the upper part and the internal manifold of the QS 600 vessel.

Installation requires the replacement of the flange joint seal and compliance with the recommended tightening torque of the connecting elements. The original part ensures full operational safety after the repair.
