Peristaltic Tube for Dosing Pump of Mr.Pure Salt Electrolysis Unit

The peristaltic tube is a flexible tube made of durable elastomer, which in the peristaltic dosing pump of the Mr.Pure salt electrolysis unit is compressed by rollers and thereby pumps liquid chemicals or brine into the pool circuit. As the tube wears out, the accuracy of dosing deteriorates, which is why regular replacement is essential.

The tube material is selected with regard to chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and oxidising substances commonly used in pool water treatment. The inner and outer diameter of the tube corresponds to the design parameters of the Mr.Pure pump to ensure the correct flow at a given number of revolutions.

Replacement of the tube is a quick and inexpensive service task that can be carried out independently. We recommend replacing it preventively once per season or when a drop in flow or fluid leakage is detected at the dosing pump.
