The PVC-U coupler d16 PN16 is a simple connecting fitting with two sockets for the direct joining of two pieces of 16 mm pipe. It is most often used for extending a run, repairing pipework or transitioning between two different segments of an installation.
A solvent-cement joint made with standard PVC adhesive ensures quick and strong installation without the need for flanges or threaded fittings. The PN16 pressure rating guarantees reliable tightness at the full working pressure of 16 bar.
PVC-U material is resistant to pool-water treatment chemicals, corrosion and UV radiation, so the coupler also serves trouble-free in outdoor installations. Precise manufacturing tolerances allow a perfect fit with standard d16 pipes and fittings.
