The PVC-U elbow 45° d12 PN16 is used to change the direction of a pipe run at a 45° angle in small-profile distribution. The oblique bend causes less pressure loss than a right angle, making it suitable where flow matters.
The solvent-cement design ensures quick installation – simply abrade, degrease and bond with standard PVC adhesive. After the adhesive has cured, the joint withstands a pressure of up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 60 °C at reduced pressure resistance.
The fitting is used in small pool recirculation branches, hot tub fill pipes or filtration technology. Manufacture from PVC-U guarantees chemical resistance and a long service life without the need for surface protection.
