The PVC-U reducing socket with a 110 mm diameter and a 4″ BSP female thread is among the largest transition fittings for plastic piping systems. It is designed for the permanent connection of d110 PVC piping to large threaded fittings or industrial equipment with a 4″ male thread.
The d110/4″ dimension is used in the technology of public pools, where the large pipe diameter allows a high water flow in the circulation circuit. The glue socket of the fitting is designed for precise positioning and even distribution of adhesive for maximum joint strength.
