The short PVC reducer of diameters 355/315 mm of class PN16 is intended for the largest pipe distribution lines in commercial pools and water parks. It allows a smooth transition between two extreme pipe diameters at a branch or equipment connection point.
The PVC-U material guarantees mechanical strength, resistance to pressure up to 16 bar and chemical stability when in contact with all standard pool products. Cemented joints are standard for this type of large PVC fitting and ensure permanent water-tightness.
The d355/315 dimension is used exclusively in the largest commercial installations, where extensive pipe distribution systems require specialized transition fittings. The PVC material eliminates any risk of corrosion and requires no surface protection, even in an aggressive pool environment.
