The short PVC reducer d50-20 PN16 is a fitting for solvent-welded joints that bridges a large difference in diameter — from 50 mm to 20 mm. Thanks to its compact length, it can easily be installed in tight spots within a pool plant room.
The PVC-U material is chemically resistant to chlorine, salts, acids and other additives for pool water treatment. The PN16 pressure rating allows safe use in pressurised branches of the piping system.
The solvent-welded joint on both sides of the fitting ensures a permanent seal without the need for gaskets or metal flanges. The reducer is suitable, for example, for connecting dosing pumps, thermometer ports or sampling valves to a larger pipe.
