The short PVC reducer of dimensions 75 to 40 mm and pressure class PN16 allows the direct connection of pipes of two different diameters in pool installations. The compact length of the fitting minimizes the installation space at the diameter reduction point.
The PVC material is resistant to chlorinated water and pool chemicals, so the fitting requires no surface treatment or regular maintenance. The cemented joint on both ends of the reducer ensures permanent water-tightness at an operating pressure of up to 16 bar.
The reducer is used when connecting pumps, filters, valves or transition runs between differently dimensioned parts of the distribution system. The standard PN16 design ensures compatibility with the entire PVC pool hydraulic system.
