The Bilbao d500 tank seal is dimensioned precisely for the larger variant of the filter tank with a diameter of 500 mm and, upon replacement, restores the full watertightness of the lid joint.
Water leakage from the filter tank causes a drop in pressure throughout the entire filtration system, reduces flow, and can damage the surrounding electrical installations – timely replacement of the seal eliminates these risks.
The seal material withstands permanent contact with chlorinated water and higher operating temperatures without deformation or loss of elasticity.
Replacing the seal is straightforward and significantly cheaper than purchasing a new filter tank.
