Thermal Fuse for AquaCompact Heater

The thermal fuse for the AquaCompact is a safety component that permanently interrupts the electrical circuit when the maximum permissible heater temperature is exceeded, thereby preventing overheating of the heating coil or damage to the insulation. Unlike resettable thermostats, the thermal fuse must be replaced once it has been triggered.

This is an original spare part precisely matching the manufacturer’s specification – non-original fuses may have a different tripping temperature or dimensions and may compromise the safety of the installation. The tripping temperature corresponds to the design parameters of the AquaCompact heater.

Always replace the fuse only after thoroughly determining the cause of the overheating (low water flow, clogged filter, pump failure) – replacing the fuse without eliminating the cause leads to repeated tripping or to a more serious fault. The work must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
