The Elekro Plate 180 kW titanium plate heat exchanger is dimensioned for large public pools and indoor wellness facilities with year-round operation. The large plate transfer surface ensures high efficiency even with a variable flow in the primary circuit.
The use of titanium as the plate material eliminates corrosion degradation caused by chlorine, salt, or other chemicals used in pool operations. The exchanger does not require regular chemical passivation or special surface treatment.
The modular arrangement of the plates allows the output to be adapted or easy cleaning without complete disassembly of the system. The 180 kW output covers the heat losses of pools with a volume of 500–800 m³ in combination with an adequate heat source.
