The transparent lid of the Granada filter housing is a practical spare part that allows easy visual inspection of the contents of the pre-filter section without the need to disassemble the filter housing. Clouding or contamination of the filter basket is thus visible at first glance.
The lid is made of transparent polycarbonate resistant to UV radiation and pool water chemicals, so it retains its transparency even after years of operation. The shape and thread exactly correspond to the Granada filter housing.
A cracked or deformed lid must be replaced immediately to prevent water leakage under pressure. Installing the new lid is quick and requires no tools – the lid simply screws on by hand and is secured with a nut.
