This reducer serves as a transition part between the piping of the pool circuit and the inlet or outlet of the UV sterilizer. The combination of solvent weld and thread allows adaptation to various pipe diameters while maintaining the tightness of the joint.
The transparent PVC allows an instant visual check of whether the water is flowing through the sterilizer correctly and whether there are no air pockets reducing the efficiency of the UV radiation. The material resists chlorinated water and temperatures up to 60 °C.
