Central pipe with distributor for collectors of TOP 400 filter tank

The central pipe for collectors incl. distributor TOP 400 is the central assembly of the filter core of the TOP 400 tank. It forms the supporting element of the entire collector system, which evenly distributes the inflowing water through the filter sand media and returns the filtered water back to the pool.

Integration of the distributor directly into the central pipe ensures optimal hydraulic conditions inside the tank and maximizes the contact of the water with the filter media. A correctly functioning assembly prevents the passage of sand grains into the pool and short-circuit channels in the media.

The part is made of solid UV-stable plastic resistant to pool chemicals and operating pressures. Replacement is carried out after shutting down the pump, closing the inlet and outlet, draining the water from the tank and removing the valve.
