The PVC union G/G with a diameter of 16 mm allows a detachable connection of two pipe sections with glued ends. The union consists of two glued sockets and a screwed union nut, which allows easy disconnection of the joint without damaging the piping.
This type of connection is used in places where regular maintenance or replacement of components is anticipated – for example at pumps, filters or chemical dosers. The PVC material withstands chlorinated water and standard pool products.
The d16 dimension corresponds to small pipe diameters in the secondary branches of a pool installation or in the distribution of dosing systems. The PN16 union guarantees safe operation at standard operating pressures of pool hydraulics.
