The Astral cartridge filter body forms the main pressure tank of the filtration unit into which the filter cartridge is inserted. The tank is made of high-strength plastic resistant to chlorine, UV radiation and the working pressures of pool filtration.
The precisely machined lid or flange part ensures quick access to the cartridge insert during cleaning or replacement. The clearance price of this part allows for an economically advantageous renovation of an existing filtration assembly.
The body is compatible with original Astral cartridge inserts and the appropriate connections. When mounting, we recommend fitting new lid O-rings to ensure the tightness of the entire cartridge filter.
