The seal under the lid of the front basket of the ESPA IRIS pump in the old design (OLD) is an essential part for every repair or preventive maintenance.
A properly fitted seal eliminates water leaks in the area of the lid and protects the surroundings of the pump from moisture.
The material is resistant to chlorinated and salt water and retains its flexibility even during long-term operation.
We recommend replacing it whenever the lid is removed, in order to guarantee a permanently tight joint.
